OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
LUGGAGE - We guarantee that Skyway products are 100% free of defects in material and workmanship. All of our products are put through rigorous testing & we stand behind them - because your satisfaction is our goal. It’s unlikely, but if something does go wrong with your Skyway luggage, email or call us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
The Limited Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. Specifically, warranty coverage includes defects resulting in: cracked hardside shells, broken wheels, handles or telescoping handles that are no longer usable, zippers that no longer open or close, seams that become unsewn and render the luggage unusable, non-functional TSA locks.
The Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (moving parts and wheels can wear out with use and may need to be replaced) or specific damage as follows: Cosmetic damage—such as scratches to finish or stained fabrics, dings, scuffs, color changes, or any other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, or acids. Damage or loss caused by an airline or other third-party transportation. Additionally, this warranty does not cover Skyway luggage sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers, nor does it cover loss of functionality due to consumers being locked out of their luggage due to forgotten TSA lock combinations.
Warranty Period - Ten years from purchase date. Proof of purchase is required to establish warranty period and authenticity of purchase. Register at ricardobeverlyhills.com/register and submit your receipt from an authorized retailer to establish proof of purchase.
Our retail partners and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs (the latter done at an appropriate charge). For warranty service at an authorized Service Center, you’ll need the original receipt of purchase. Our warranty only applies to products purchased from an authorized Skyway retailer.
TRAVEL ESSENTIALS - Garment carriers, garment sleeves, interior organizers, packing cubes, shoe bags, laundry bags, toiletry bags, makeup bags, jewelry bags, etc. are protected by a one-year limited warranty.
The Limited Warranty covers zippers that can no longer be opened or closed. Seams that become unsewn and render the accessory unusable.
The Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as catches in the fabric, stains, color changes, normal wear, and tear.
POWER BANK – The Ricardo Power Bank is protected by a 1-Year Limited Power Bank Warranty.
The Limited Warranty covers the battery no longer holding a charge. The battery no longer charging compatible devices.
The Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by use with a charging cord not provided by Skyway or use with a charging cord not recommended in instructions. Cosmetic damage or believed charging slowness. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water. Damage caused by tampering or service (including repairs) performed by anyone not duly authorized by Skyway Luggage or its representatives.
- Certain states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary by state or country.
- Some of our carry-on luggage features an integrated USB port and internally routed charging cable. The cable is covered by a one-year limited warranty, subject to normal conditions of use.
- Various products include a mini-LED light. There is no guarantee of battery life.
- At this time our Warranty is only available to customers in the United States.
