Order Information

Find your order number

Your order number is listed in your Order Confirmation emailsent right after you place an order. It also appears in your Shipping Confirmation email, along with the FedEx tracking number for your package. If you are a registered user, you can also find your order number by going to your Order History in My Account.

Track your order

Once you place your order online, we take 1 to 2 business days to process it. When it's ready to ship, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. We ship via FedEx Ground. Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 1-7 business days. To track your order, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Retrieve your Shipping Confirmation email.

Step 2: Click on Track My PackageYou’ll be able to see order details and shipping information.

You can also view and track your order by logging into My Account.

Modify or cancel an order

Your order cannot be modified or canceled once it is submitted. We recommend returning the items(s) upon receipt or placing a new order. In the unfortunate event, we have to cancel your order because the merchandise is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.

Promotions

From time to time, we run promotional campaigns and offer a promotion code. Promotions may be limited to a selected group of items. Promotion codes may be found in several places on our website, with the most prominent place being on the product details page. To take advantage of the promotion, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive. 

Promotions Restrictions

Have you just made a purchase and forgot to use the promotion code? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments after a sale was made. If you still wish to take advantage of the promotion, place a new order online, then follow our return process. Be sure to check our Return policy.

Price Matching

We are committed to offering you the best possible prices. We are happy to meet marketplace prices if you ever find an item that we offer, in the same color and size, in stock online at a Ricardo Beverly Hills authorized U.S. retailer. Just give us a call before making a purchase at 1.800.724.7496 to speak to a customer service representative, and we would be happy to match the price.

We are unable to match prices for clearance items or prices from auction or outlet websites. Additionally, gift with purchase promotions or shipping offers offered by other retailers are not eligible for matching.
