Warranty Information

Skyway offers a diverse selection of luggage and travel accessories to help you travel from one adventure to the next with the greatest of ease. For over 100 years, we have been committed to providing customers with quality luggage and an exceptional ownership experience. You can enjoy your Skyway luggage knowing that after you purchase it from an authorized Skyway store or dealer, it will be covered by our Skyway Luggage warranty.


WARRANTY TYPES

Each product carries a different warranty. Check your product hangtag to find the applicable warranty. The Skyway Luggage Warranty goes into effect from the date of purchase. Read more below about the different warranties that we offer.


10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Skyway® luggage is protected by Skyway 10 Year Limited Warranty, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. Consequently, in case of defects covered by the warranty, Skyway Luggage will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the luggage free of charge. If the luggage is to be replaced and it is no longer available, Skyway Luggage will replace it with a comparable one. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country.

This warranty does not cover:

      • Defects caused by normal wear and tear. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of normal wear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced.
      • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or transportation damage (i.e. by airline, hotels, etc)
      • Damage caused by service (including repairs) performed by anyone not duly authorized by Skyway or its representatives

Our dealers and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at an appropriate charge. For warranty service at an authorized Service Center, you will need the original receipt of purchase.
